Every girl has a princess dream. Looking beautiful on their wedding days are the aspirations of every bride to be. So choosing a wonderful wedding dress for the big day will be the most important thing. Before choosing a right wedding dress, there are two things that you should consider first.
1. consider the wedding style
Think about the type of wedding you want to have when you are choosing your dress. Will it be a formal evening affair, or a casual beach party? Are you getting married in a garden location, or an historic church? Which season have you chosen? Formal ceremonies usually call for floor length gowns and long trains, while informal ceremonies are a terrific place to wear a shorter gown with a sweep train or without a train at all. If you're getting married in the winter, you may not want to be a very light, thin fabric. If you're having a beach wedding in the middle of July, you may not want to wear a heavy fabric like duchess satin.
2. Consider your body type
With every girl there are aspects of their body they want to enhance and aspects they want to minimise. This is the same with the wedding dress. You should have a clear picture in your mind of aspects of your body you want to enhance or de-emphasise and choose a dress that suits those needs. For example, go for an A-line bridal gown if you are full-figured; avoid white prom dresses if you are petite; look for a wedding dress that is more form-fitting on the bottom if you are larger in the chest area.
Wedding day is an important day for every girl, so it is worth spending more time to choose a perfect dress. But when you've found the style that suits your body shape best, make sure that you can move around in it easily and sit and stand in it with comfort.
